Code of Conduct
Rushford has a value system in place that allows us to successfully achieve our mission.  These values, which drive our daily work actions, include such things as service, partnership, stewardship, integrity and innovation.  Things like truth, compassionate care and treating individuals with respect and dignity are the basis for our value system.

Our Code of Conduct is an important part of our values. It spells out our expectations for how we should conduct ourselves in the work place, with all parties.  The standards in this document provide specific guidance to our employees.  They have been approved by the Board of Directors and the Rushford President and Chief Executive Officer.
